Lake Oswego Writer's Group -- Update

We are splitting the large group (a lot of people showed up for our initial meeting!) into smaller interest groups.
The time will always be 6-8 p.m.
And here is the schedule:
2nd Thursday – Fiction
3rd Thursday – Nonfiction
4th Thursday – Poetry
5th Thursday – General
Note that the writer’s group will not meet at the library on the 1st Thursday of each month– the room is otherwise scheduled.
Questions? Call library liaison Kiera K. Taylor, 503-697-6581. Or email: ktaylor@ci.oswego.or.us

Summer Reading! Why Not You?

I am soooo remiss in not mentioning this sooner.
Yes, our Adult Summer Reading program started June 1. Come sign up. For every book you read, you fill out a ticket. There's a drawing every week for chocolates and gift certificates to Powells Books. The Grand Prize is a stay at the coast.
What' s not to like? And you're reading anyway this summer, right?!
