It is no surprize that most of your 06 picks were written by women. Safeway bestsellers have women leading men top 20 in paperback. Close in numbers. For years, I have followed authors rather than genre. We are getting to read lots of prepublished editions but have few 06 releases. So we don't go by release date. S.
